  3. on June 3, 2008 at 10:42 pm carrie-the gremlin wrangler

he looks about the same age as my baby. and this is quite the common scene around here. There’s way too much that he can reach.

  4. on June 4, 2008 at 12:20 am Dianne - Bunny Trails

That doesn’t last long - their reach seems to grow daily! :D

  5. on June 4, 2008 at 12:21 am mycrazylife

Is he feeling better? He sure looks it! What a cutie.

  6. on June 4, 2008 at 1:05 am dkaye

  9. on June 4, 2008 at 1:56 am Randall

Hmmm… I wonder what that does. They call them “the wonder years” for a reason.

  10. on June 4, 2008 at 1:58 am Raven

Looks to me like he’s got it. I love the intensity of his expression.

  11. on June 4, 2008 at 3:39 am Sandy M

Yep, he’s a guy alright. Already wanting control of the remote control. Looks like he is feeling better. Happy WW!

  12. on June 4, 2008 at 7:14 am Secret Agent Mama

My little guy would prefer to play with one of those than actual toys. What gives? LOL Must be in the genes.

  19. on June 4, 2008 at 12:11 pm Robyn

LOL! What is it with boys and the remote control…I am constantly having wars with my 16 month old over it…in fact some of my cutest pictures of him are when he got it and thought he was getting away with something….

  20. on June 4, 2008 at 12:30 pm Brian

That’s what I say to my wife all the time!

    Right before I duck.

  22. on June 4, 2008 at 1:46 pm Joyful Days

Once they get the hang of it, you will have 16 years until you get the tv again!

  23. on June 4, 2008 at 2:10 pm Will

The battles over the remote start early these days! Happy WW!

Thanks for your comment on mine. And yes it is real. There were thousands of them, hard to avoid stepping on them! They are tiny, but have loud voices.

  24. on June 4, 2008 at 2:18 pm Suzanne

Adorable! Mine goes after my laptop.

It’s funny that in The Incredibles it was the mom who had elastic arms but in reality it’s babies who have a super-reach.

  25. on June 4, 2008 at 2:47 pm RobMonroe

How do they all know so early to grab for the electronics??!!

    Very cute.

  26. on June 4, 2008 at 3:10 pm Kristi

I think you caught his exact thought. Happy WW!

  27. on June 4, 2008 at 3:13 pm Heather

Reminds me of my older 2 kids. They always wanted the remote too!

  28. on June 4, 2008 at 3:14 pm isabella mori

there’s something immensely fascinating about keyboards. i remember that from when i was very little (shortly after the dinosaurs left) and typewriters and pianos were all my heart desired!

  29. on June 4, 2008 at 3:22 pm Carrie Craft

My 16 year old STILL looks like that!

    lol

    Cute picture!

    Happy WW!

  30. on June 4, 2008 at 3:45 pm lareine

he’s soo cute! i can hear him thinking “just a little more… i know i can do it… just a little bit more… then i can watch the purple dinosaur (barney)!!! :)

  31. on June 4, 2008 at 4:20 pm smarmoofus

hahaha! Why are remotes so intriguing to the little ones?! It’s so strange… kids seem to want them before they’re reaching for anything else. Such a cute photo, and an adorable child. Happy WW!

    Thanks for your visit ealier,
    -smarmoofus

  32. on June 4, 2008 at 4:23 pm Natalie

  36. on June 4, 2008 at 6:16 pm maya

he is so cute. but when he will learn how to used it, you’ll not find it funny.
    Happy WW.

  37. on June 4, 2008 at 7:15 pm Bob-kat

LOL! Bless just think of the havoc they could cause if they got hold of it!

Thanks for dropping by my blog!

  38. on June 4, 2008 at 7:18 pm shannon

My littlest one is slightly older and has the lovely habit of waiting until I put the TV on his channel (playhouse disney) then hiding the remote control so the channel can’t be changed.

  39. on June 4, 2008 at 7:23 pm Karen

But yet so far… He knows what rules the house! He’s such a doll!

Thank you so much for your compliments on my WW today. Have a great day!

    Thanks for stopping by.

  47. on June 5, 2008 at 9:03 am trinity

hahaha… the title so perfectly going well with the pic! What will he do with the remote?

“Hallo? Yes? Who is this?” *pretending the remote as the handphone*

  48. on June 5, 2008 at 9:54 am Colleen

    Great shot!
They just love all those buttons. Zoe’s always trying to get a hold of the remote or the phone.

  49. on June 5, 2008 at 3:41 pm Jendi

It’s amazing how quick the babies learn what to do with remotes. LOL.
We gave ours and old one without batteries, but they didn’t want to settle for that one. :)

  50. on June 5, 2008 at 9:25 pm marikenya
