Hmm, thats just weird! First of all, even if a LITTLE baby was crying that much, it would be weird. That goes beyond “Just let the baby cry it out!” Thats like a medical condition or something! And if the baby is now almost a preschooler, then thats really weird! I agree with the person who commented that maybe you could call child services. Even if the parents aren’t abusing or neglecting the child, maybe the kid needs to go to a doctor or needs some sort of special care, and a socail worker could help arrange that!

I know we’re all prone to exaggeration from time to time, but maybe it’s time to call child services; honestly, poor kid! I’m sorry you have to deal with that… I’m surprised other tenants don’t complain. Alex is gorgeous!

I really feel for you. In my townhouse we have two newborns on bothsides of us. I had to breakdown and buy ear plugs because I was getting up with each baby in the night. lol I hope that this baby next to you is being taken care of. Best of Luck

How awful! That poor thing! Do you ever get a chance to see her interacting with her parents? Do they seem neglectful?

I don’t know how you can stand sleeping next to that room. I would definitely need to start using some serious white noise to drown it out!

That really is a little disturbing. Poor little girl. But maybe at this point it’s nothing but a habit … a 3rd language.
