I took Alex to his second haircut yesterday. I couldn’t believe how long it had gotten since the last haircut. That boy sure can grow hair!
The stylist took it a bit shorter than I had wanted, and left the top a bit longer than I had wanted. He has a bit of a “poof” on the top. At the rate his hair grows, though, I’m sure I’ll be getting it cut soon enough.
I'm Allison Barton, a 25-year old mother and Registered Nurse. I'm highly literal, occasionally moody, obsessed with Burt's Bees and compulsive about spreading butter perfectly onto toast. I live with my wonderful partner, Zach, and our beautiful baby boy, Alexander. Alex was born on August 28, 2007. He is the most amazing little person that I could have ever imagined knowing. Zach is a software engineer and hopes Alex will love computers as much as he does. We live in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

He looks very cute. You are so lucky that he sits still. My Lukie freaks out if his head is touched. He got a rats nest in the back. I tried cutting but we are talking “I have to put him in a headlock” kind of fighting. He ended up getting buzzed and looks just horrible. I CANNOT wait for it to grow back out.
