YEAH! Guess i just needed a change.

I blamed my WildChild for my insane weight gain. I’m just not good with strict diets but I have changed significantly on what I eat now and I don’t have to work too hard at maintaining. Although dropping another 10 would be perfect. So I’m off to try to make that happen.

The WildChild pregnancy was TERRIBLE … I was HUGE! HUGE I tell you.

It’s like a self mutalation … once you are heavy you tend to stay there or get more heavy. I couldn’t look people in the eyes and I made excuses for everything. Damn I hated that place. It’s not a good place to be.

You look great and I can’t wait to see everyone again.

But I didn’t cook — I ate out too much and I’m fat because of that and maybe because of hypothyroidism. I don’t know anymore. But I’m glad WW is working for you. I just wish I could stick to it.

That Pregnancy, breastfeeding and now a picky eater (along with my new-found part time single parent status) totally made me fat.

But, I’m also with you on that it’s totally worth it! (Now if I can just get my butt in gear and lose it all so she can start having a good role model for her eating habits!)
